If I must use ./bootstrap rather than ./inject.pl I think i'd be more
comfortable waiting until more work is done with Big Sur, unless...

Would it be safe to run the above commands, but with ./inject.pl, under
an older version of macOS, then splice the results back into Big Sur?
(eg. I have an external SSD with High Sierra that runs the current
released version of Fink. So I update that one and then copy the folders
under /opt/sw back to my Big Sur drive, then fink reinstall fink.)
