10.15 locked down a lot of system features, including kernel extensions. 
That might be why it's failing. I got osxfuse to build by tweaking some 
minor code, but I have no idea how to troubleshoot it to function. The 
latest source is 3.8.3 if someone wants to look at an upgrade that might 
fix the issue.
