Download failures with fftw3-3.3.10-1

I'm getting consistent download failures for the fftw-3.3.10-1 update on my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017; 4.2 GHz Intel Core i7) running OSX 10.14.6, fink 0.45.3 and Fink Commander 0.5.5; I get the same errors on my MacBook laptop which has a near-identical environment.  The failures are due to an expired certificate error (terminal output below).  I'm hoping this will get picked up from the mailing list, as I don't see who this email should be copied to.

curl performs SSL certificate verification by default, using a "bundle"
 of Certificate Authority (CA) public keys (CA certs). If the default
 bundle file isn't adequate, you can specify an alternate file
 using the --cacert option.
If this HTTPS server uses a certificate signed by a CA represented in
 the bundle, the certificate verification probably failed due to a
 problem with the certificate (it might be expired, or the name might
 not match the domain name in the URL).
If you'd like to turn off curl's verification of the certificate, use
 the -k (or --insecure) option.
HTTPS-proxy has similar options --proxy-cacert and --proxy-insecure.
