Message repeated

Yesterday I submitted and email to the list, that ended up being repeated over and over, but there was no reply. My issue is that I cannot selfupdate fink after updating to Monterey and installing the new XTools. Is this a known problem and I’ll need to wait for a fix, or is there something else that I can do?
