You should see 5 variants. If not, please run `fink selfupdate`. On 11.3-11.6, you should need to install locale-gettext-pm5302. Also, is your help2man up to date? That is what libtool is calling that then fails on the missing Locale/gettext.pm. What's the output of `fink list -t help2man` ? If running Fink from git, make sure you have the latest version. The current most up to date is from https://github.com/TheSin-/fink (dpkg1.16 branch).
