The error message after the build also says to contact one of the Fink 
email lists (fink-beginners or fink-users), not directly to another 
person involved with Fink.

The problem is that sub-exporter-pm requires extutils-makemaker >= 6.78, 
but perl5182 doesn't provide a new enough one. I've committed a fix.
