I can tell you the cause of the problem — curl is trying to download a file that does not exist. If you go to the directory http://http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/g/guile-2.2/ <http://http//archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/g/guile-2.2/> you will see that it does not contain any entries for guile-2.2_2.2.6 All the files there are for versions of guile-2.2_2.2.7 Someone with more expertise than I possess will have to determine how best to fix the problem.
