Fink wip 2p3-2013, gcc11, gcc12 (Sonoma 14.4)

Hi all

1) wip is an interactive graphics package developed by erkeley-Illinois-Maryland Association <http://bima.astro.umd.edu/bima/home.html>, ported to recent(=Sonoma 14.4) Fink shown on
Recent Package Updates (2024-03-29) (actually on ...mojave, catalina, BigSur installed and running)

2) $ fink install wip, but unsuccessful which is due to the following conditions required
 5 additional packages will be installed:
 gcc11-compiler gcc11-shlibs gcc12-compiler gcc12-shlibs pgplot

3) gcc11, gcc12 have not been successfully installed yet (refer to my trial reports)


## I appreciate it if Fink coordinaters and the designated maintainers explain the current status on updated wip, uninstalled gcc11 and gcc12
