Re: Fink wip 2p3-2013, gcc11, gcc12 (Sonoma 14.4)

I have no idea what's going on with gcc11, and I'm only on 10.13 where the patching applies without fail. But it seems crazy to need both gcc11 and gcc12, so I pushed pgplot to use gcc12 (like wip does) and now I don't think you will need gcc11 for this set of simple packages. Does gcc12 build for you?
