This looks like the error reported at https://forums.developer.apple.com/forums/thread/729072

It identifies several nonstandard user or system settings that can trigger it. I think fink tries hard to sanitize the shell environment during the compile process, but it's long been known that /usr/local can interfere in ways fink can't control. So...is your xcode (and its components) fully up-to-date? Do you have anything in /usr/local/include ?
