xpdf uninstalled

Hi all

I’m not sure how to install it safely.
$ fink install xpdf
. . .
The following package will be installed or updated:
 xpdf
Reading buildlock packages...
Could not resolve inconsistent dependencies!

Fink isn't sure how to install the above packages safely. You may be able to
fix things by running:

  fink scanpackages
  sudo apt-get update
  sudo apt-get install xpdf=3.04-6

Failed: Fink::SysState: Could not resolve inconsistent dependencies
$ fink scanpackages
Updating the list of locally available binary packages.
Scanning dists/local/main/binary-darwin-x86_64
Scanning dists/stable/main/binary-darwin-x86_64

$ sudo apt-get update
sudo: apt-get: command not found
$ sudo apt-get install xpdf=3.04-6
sudo: apt-get: command not found
