The netcdf-c7 and netcdf-c18-shlibs packages are just the library 
(dylib) from the previous versions. They should not affect each other or 
cause problems with other software. The netcdf-bin package contains the 
end user programs and you can see from the version string (4.9.3) that 
it goes with the netcdf-c22 package.

If you do want to remove the older versions because you no longer need 
them,

fink remove netcdf-c18-shlibs netcdf-c7-shlibs
