Do I need to move wget to crypto/ ?

wget doesn't use the system's openssl any more, because Leopard's
ancient version is missing symbols that the new wget wants, and
because I didn't want to have to make up a separate Leopard package. :-)

Since 'wget' now uses openssl100 and 'wget-gnutls' uses gnutls28,
should I move the wget package description to crypto?
