(10.4 is not supported any more)

This has nothing to do directly with apt, but with your configuration.
 For example, you're pointing at the 10.3 binary distribution, and you
have a reference to ftp.dk.debian.org, whose debs CANNOT work on OS X.

You have so many things wrong here and your fink is so old that I'd
recommend just starting over.

1) Run "sudo gcc_select" to switch to gcc4.0.

2) See if you can capture a current list of packages via the method in

http://finkers.wordpress.com/2009/08/31/starting-anew/

3) "sudo rm -rf /sw"

4) Install fink from source, as per

http://www.finkproject.org/download/srcdist.php?phpLang=en

making sure to download the version indicated on the "For OS X 10.4" line.

5) Reinstall from your captured list of packages as detailed in

http://finkers.wordpress.com/2009/08/31/starting-anew/
