If there's no fink-bld user, then --build-as-nobody causes fink build as
(surprise) nobody. However, it prints a warning:

WARNING: User and/or group 'fink-bld' not found! Falling back to user/group
'nobody'. Please install package 'passwd-fink-bld' to build as user
'fink-bld'

If building as nobody is going to be the default for everyone, then either
this warning should be removed or passwd should be installed as part of
bootstrap or upgrade to 0.33. Are there any problems that could arise from
compiling as nobody rather than fink-bld? If not, I'd suggest just removing
the warning.
