10.7 only has a stable tree. If you want to fetch the 10.4 tree as well 
in order to get direct access to the files (10.7 Fink won't actually use 
the packages there, but the tree will be kept updated on your disk), 
change the Trees line in fink.conf to

SelfUpdateTrees: 10.7 10.4
