Your file-fcntllock-pm package appears to be fatally broken and against 
perl-module packaging policy because it contains .xs sources (compiled 
C code) but is not perl-versioned. Compiled code makes the module 
intimately and specifically tied to the perl version that compiled it, 
so it's potentially nonportable to other perl-versions (which is why 
our policy explicitly forbids doing it). 

Note that the last time we had fink (core) dependencies on 
perl-versioned things, it led to 5 years of support headaches and 
really isn't a tenable situation if fink itself is going to continue to 
use system-perl.
