Downloaders in NetAccess.pm

Each of the download tools supported in NetAccess.pm has the following test for existence (replace DOWNLOADER by the name of the tool): if (-x "$basepath/bin/DOWNLOADER" or -x "/usr/bin/DOWNLOADER") However, the only DOWNLOADER which is installed as part of the OS X system files is curl. axel, aria2, lftpget, and wget normally have to be installed by Fink.
