Can we please at least change the DNS so that it points to http://finkers.wordpress.com/ so at least people don't think Fink has completely died? The main site has been dead for over two weeks. If the fink-core people in charge of DNS can't do it, could they show another more active member of -core what needs to be done (and how to do it)?
