Phinch isn't sending out logs

After the last reboot there aren't any logs from phinch on the fink-auto-logs mailing list. I've been a bit swamped, so I don't know any more than that. Also, the pdb seems to be stalled at November 8. I tried restarting just the active process, but that didn't seem to do the trick.
