Babayo,
     I committed updated packaging for rstudio-desktop with the following
changes...

1) Purged unnecessry BuildDepends/Depends on qt* and webkit packages as
darwin now builds directly against the system WebKit framework as of
v0.98.475

2) Updated to the latest r-base31 release as fink will automatically
install the latest version of that package so the info file must be kept
synced to the newest R version.

3) Fixed a typo in the file installation loop used of FILE

I initially attempted to make a variant version of the package until I
realized that the server build only produces the server and not an
associated client. I am in the process of packaging a matching
rstudio-server package for this build using the same patch from
rstudio-desktop.
