libiodbc2 for 10.7 tree

Benjamin,
     I added a new libiodbc2 package to the 10.7 tree to provide the
missing iodbc support which was depreciated out of OS X in Mavericks. The
soprano info was also changed…

http://fink.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/fink/dists/10.7/stable/main/finkinfo/libs/soprano.info?r1=1.6&r2=1.7

to allow the package to build on fink by using the fink libiodbc2 and
libodbc3 packages.
Tested with 'fink -m' on 10.8/10.9.
