Re: Results of 2014 Fink buildworld run on 10.9

I have always said and stand by that BDO packages should be allowed to have a Dep on other BDO packages.

So -dev packages can dep on other -dev packages.  It’s be a slight bending of the rule but still keep it close to the original and it would solve lots of issues.  I have brought this up a few times in the past.
