gdl-0.9.5-1

Sebastien,
     The appended changes to the gdl.info updates the package to the
newest upstream release, updates the BuildDepends to hdf5.9 and adds
the missing Depends on hdf5.9-shlibs. Tested with 'fink -m' on 10.10.
