I've replaced the itk-4.0.0.info info file for 10.9/10.10 with an
itk-4.0.1.info which builds against the itcl 4.0.3 from the new
tcltk-8.6.4 packaging in the 10.7 tree. For 10.7/10.8, the
itcl-x86_64.info packaging is updated to use the official 3.4.2
tarball now and I added the missing InfoTest. Lastly, for 10.7/10.8.
the itk-x86_64.info packaging is updated to the official 3.4.1
release.
