New fink release on the way

We’ve accumulated a reasonable number of changes in master and there’s a new OS X to support.

Unless there are strong objections, I plan to merge https://github.com/fink/fink/pull/118 <https://github.com/fink/fink/pull/118> , which will make the /usr/X11R6 -> /opt/X11 symlink mandatory again to generate the system-xfree86* virtual packages. Maintainers will then receive bug report emails with “cannot find dependency x11*” rather than bug reports where an X11 header cannot be found.

I’d rather fall back to having /usr/X11 -> /opt/X11 be mandatory, but it seems like maintainers want their packages to continue to be 10.4-compatible.
