removing ant-junit.info and ant-optional.info

Alexander,
Can we remove the ant-junit.info and ant-optional.info files from
the devel subdirectory. Since ant-base.info provides both of those
packages as split-off's at a higher version number, those two
packaging files will never be used. It seems pointless and confusing
to keep them around.
