Re: El Capitan and fink make parallel build failures

The guile aspect is a red-herring. I rebuilt make 4.1 using --without-guile
under 10.11 and it still triggers the build failures at -j8 in texlive-base.

make: INTERNAL: Exiting with 1 jobserver tokens available; should be 8!
