I’m glad that the update solved your issue. 

There has been an additional update to gcc5 which should address this issue for most people—gcc5 won’t build reliably with multiple build threads on 10.11 when using Fink’s make rather than the one which is provided by Apple.   We now have it use Apple’s make instead.  

There are other packages which have the same problem, and we’re taking steps to modify them appropriately.
