Re: phase installing: mpv-0.27.0-1 fails with SplitForks not working with APFS on 10.13

Actually it is the reverse.  HS will only upgrade pure flash drives to APFS.  Fusion and spinning disks will not be upgraded until some future HS release.

Beta versions updated all disks and required a wipe and re-install for non-Flash disks.
