I tested the 10.13 build against Xcode9 by removing the BDep and %c
option to use the 10.13 SDK (kept the macosx-version-min option). It
built fine, but is not a perfect test to see if 10.12 builds with Xcode9.

Unfortunately, the different dist versions would still not be able to
unify because of mediactrl.

I also have a tweak to wxcocoa293 that lets it build on 10.10+ (it was
internally failing to compile with macosx-version-min=10.5 and libc++)
and needed an extra patch too.

Should I push everything I have to a pull request for further review?
