We lost our finkmirrors.net site and many of the upstream source sites 
are no longer carrying the tarball versions (such as bzip2).

There are updated package description files at 
<https://github.com/fink/fink/tree/c0bfb87f4672b5f6affce0f27e3c966ea22d07c5/10.9-libcxx> 
that should find everything needed for bootstrapping.

Those are for 10.9+, which I think for the most part should work on 
10.7, but we can't guarantee it because they haven't been tested there.
