I just upgraded to the latest 10.15b (19A536g) and now I can't get
anything installed into / (eg /sw2) and my existing install in /sw
inherited from 10.14 no longer works (worked in earlier 10.15betas).
However, I can bootstrap into /opt/sw.

I've created a github issue to track things that are going to affect 10.15

https://github.com/fink/fink/issues/196

Of the packages tested so far, gmp5 is failing tests, as are some other
packages that depend on gmp5.
