Re: 10.15 (Catalina) and Xcode11 upgrade information

Indeed with 10.15 we need to install to /opt/sw vs. /sw. I look forward to a new tree where that is the default.

The bug that prevented “bootstrap” from succeeding has been fixed, so it is straightforward now to do the initial install under 10.15.

I have succeeded in building gcc8, but 3 specific packages had to be built with the previous version of Xcode (10.3); they all failed under Xcode 11.1GM:

gmp5
libmpfr4
gcc8 itself

So at least progress can be made while working to get Xcode 11 working properly with Fink.
