libsigsegv-2.6.tar.gz checksum error

Dear Fink Developer,

Today when I tried to install fink in my Macbook Pro, I encounter the
following error:

It looks like that the actual md5 checksum of the libsigsegv-2.6.tar.gz
file is inconsistant to that recorded in the fink system. My system
configuration is the following:

$ fink -V | head -n 2
Package manager version: 0.45.0
