gdb package errors out

All,

The updated gdb package seems to have a problem:

[~] % fink update-all

The package 'gdb' will be built and installed.

WARNING: While resolving dependency "pkg-config" for package "gdb-8.3.1-3", package "pkg-config" was not found.
Can't resolve dependency "pkg-config" for package "gdb-8.3.1-3" (no matching
packages/versions found)
Exiting with failure.

In the BuildDepends, one of the dependencies is pkg-config.  I think the hyphen is a typo and should be remove (pkgconfig exists, but not pkg-config).
