how to remove ghc-text 1.2.1.3-2

Dear Fink develpers,

I'm having a mess with ghc-text, whose installation turned out to incomplete,
but I can't remove at all. And because of this, I can't other packages it depends on.
This packages seems to have no maintainer. So, I cannot help posting here.
Could anyone here fix this?

I'm still on Mac OS X 10.13.6, High Sierra.

Anyway, here is how it refuse to be removed and (re)installed.
