How to do with the offensive ghc-text?

Dear all,

I asked for help with dealing with a Fink's mishandling of ghc-text.
It turned out that its effects are much larger than I expected.
 
I was trying to update gcc7-related packages on another machine, ending up
with the need to do the following:

> Removing runtime build-lock...
> Removing build-lock package...
> /sw/bin/dpkg-lockwait -r fink-buildlock-gcc7-7.5.0-1
> (Reading database ... 246437 files and directories currently installed.)
> Removing fink-buildlock-gcc7-7.5.0-1 ...

And so, I executed the two lines and encountered another block by ghc-text.

Do I need to rebuild my Fink environment from scratch?
