My gcc7 issue was solved.

This returned the following:

> /sw/bin/dpkg-deb: failed to read archive `/sw/var/cache/apt/archives/ghc-text_1.2.1.3-2_darwin-x86_64.deb': No such file or directory

I am not sure why I get this, but I remember I had tried to remove ghc-text
and failed, at least apparently.
