migrating your Fink packages to gcc9

Hi,

I'm checking to see if you have had a chance to review updating your 
Fink science packages to use gcc9.

https://github.com/fink/fink-distributions/pull/561

These packages all use gcc5, which will not be available on macOS 10.15, 
so migrating them to gcc9 will future proof them.
