Remove myself as maintainer from all "my" packages

Dear all,

Unfortunately I no longer have time to actively maintain my Fink packages (and have already been neglecting them for some time). While I'll still try to make a fix here and there, I also use Fink less and less, so I don't expect this to happen often moving forward.

Therefore I think it is better to remove this last barrier that might stop people from making changes to "my" packages. I have just done that.

Sorry, and thank you to all of you with whom I worked on Fink for such a long time. It was a fun ride.
