Ending maintainership

Dear Fink developers,

it is time for me to face the fact that I am not only not contributing
to Fink any more, but that my being marked as maintainer of packages
that I haven't even the faintest recollection of (such as opengl-py27)
is slowing down the work of others.

I won't have the time and energy for cleaning up, and I don't currently
even have a fully running Fink installation (on Big Sur / M1), so please
unmaintain the 65 or so packages that are under my name, a large part of
which are probably obsolete anyway.
