Unable to update openmpi in MacOSX Version 11.6.3

Hi,  I submitted this via fink-beginners on 2/12/22.  I haven’t yet heard if there is a fix.  The same is true of a problem with gcc9 update submitted on
1/4/22 and again on 1/20/22.
