Someone in the c++ standards group decided that having a header called 
<version> was a good idea. And if a package has a file 'version' (for 
storing the pkg version), then it causes a failure such as this.

I'm testing a fix.

For gcc9, it's going to be almost impossible to make it work on Big Sur 
and Monterey, so we are migrating as many packages as possible to gcc11 
(see https://github.com/fink/fink-distributions/issues/874)
