Hi As we discussed some weeks ago, I want to look into how to upgrade the current fink emacs version (26) to the current (28). As a starting point I tried to compile the current master. While this worked last year, now emacs refuses because of an outdated info version (fink provides) Fink ships 4.8 while GNU emacs now requires 4.13. Maybe emacs 28 does not, still require 4.13 and I can also talk with the Emacs folks, but maybe it would not be bad to upgrade finks info version? Regards Uwe Brauer -- I strongly condemn Putin's war of aggression against the Ukraine. I support to deliver weapons to Ukraine's military. I support the ban of Russia from SWIFT. I support the EU membership of the Ukraine. _______________________________________________ Fink-users mailing list [email protected] List archive: https://sourceforge.net/p/fink/mailman/fink-users/ Subscription management: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/fink-users
