Re: dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/libgcc_s.1.1.dylib

I had the same problem occur when I updated my gcc11 package-set to its latest revision (11.3.0-2). Downgrading to what I had previously (11.3.0-1) by re-installing those .deb solved it.

    Yes, but libgcc_s.1.dylib is somehow linked to libgcc_s.1.1.dylib which is the image the message said was missing.
    The extra 1 is important here.

    Does the file "/opt/sw/lib/gcc11/lib/libgcc_s.1.1.dylib” exist?  It seems to be missing and you may need to reinstall gcc11?
