This means that emacs26 and ffmpeg will
go out of fink for Ventura? Or will they re-enter?

help2man, intltool40, po4a, xmkmf and some others are pushed now to

https://github.com/fink/fink-distributions/pull/942, tests welcome.

netpbm-bin and its dependencies are at

https://github.com/fink/fink-distributions/pull/943.



I would not hold my breath for building anything like emacs26 or ffmpeg yet; they have lots of

problematic dependencies.
