Re: Failed: phase compiling: glib2-shlibs-2.22.4-9 failed

I got around this problem by:

Download Python 2.7.18 from https://www.python.org/downloads/macos/ <https://www.python.org/downloads/macos/>. I chose to just install the command line version. The install will be to /usr/local/bin

Then I needed to edit the file: /opt/sw/fink/dists/stable/main/finkinfo/gnome/glib2-shlibs.info <http://glib2-shlibs.info/> on line 48:

Change the 

PYTHON=/usr/bin/python to PYTHON=/usr/local/bin/python

and save the change.

Then glib2-shlibs will compile.
