In running those commands and being assured that Xcode is version 15.0.1, I tried to rebuild libavutil58-6.0-shlibs, it failed with the same duplicate error.

BUT, it still does not recognize this version of Xcode.
Also include the following system information:
Package manager version: 0.45.99.git
Distribution version: selfupdate-git Sun Nov 19 18:43:14 2023, 13.0, x86_64
Trees: local/injected local/main stable/main
No recognized Xcode.app installed
Xcode command-line tools: 15.0.0.0.1.1694021235
Max. Fink build jobs: 1

The `fink-virtual-pkgs —debug` command seems to imply that it found everything and it is all version 15.0.1 (or 1500-1??) It certainly finds Xcode version 15.0.1.

- checking for Xcode version... 15.0.1
- checking for Xcode CLI tools version... 15.0.0.0.1.1694021235
- determining path to system SDKs... /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/
  - checking for MacOSX13.0.sdk... not found
  - checking for MacOSX13.1.sdk... not found
- checking for cctools version... 1500-1
- checking for cctools -single_module support... yes, 1500 has it
- checking for various GCC versions:
  - warning, unable to determine the version for gcc
  - missing 4.2
- checking for /usr/bin/clang:
  - found 15.0.0
- checking for broken GCCs:
  - gcc4.2 build number is 0 (not broken)
- checking heuristics for dev-tools:
 - program /usr/bin/gcc... found
 - program /usr/bin/make... found
 - directory /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX14.0.sdk/usr/include... found
