ext4 support

Hi

I am on Big Sur and running the corresponding fink version.


I just tried to follow

In order to at least have read access to an external disk running ext4


Till now, I have used hfs+ not journaled, but sooner or later, it is
mounted read only and the corruption cannot be repaired. I am not sure
who is the culprit here. But I think, hfs+ no journaled is not a stable
option for backups. I have to disks, so one will have hfs+ journaling
*enabled* the other ext4

Be it as it may. I have MacFuse installed,

But I cloned 
 https://github.com/gerard/ext4fuse.git

And when I tried to run make, it complained that it does not find fuse.


Does anybody have experience with this program under fink?
